Apparel is one of the largest industries in the word and in many countries the exploitation of workers is widespread. Garment factory owners try to pay their workers the least to produce the clothes the quickest and cheapest. As well as the consumer’s goal is to find the cheapest, brands use the same logic to find suppliers across the world.

We try to fight the #exploitation in the fashion industry reminding to our client that our employees are the person who are the lifeblood of their clothes. In fact #apparel#manufacturer during this era of Industry 4.0, still have a human being behind every machine.

Our Company operates #ethically creating safe and fair paying employment, but we believe that this is not enough. We have created a workplace where you can find a big family: it‘s important that every single person feel free to express himself, learn and grow in our company.

The key of all of this? Passion. We love our work and we transmit to our employees the importance of every task. It's not simply a benefit for our employees but also for our clients that find someone that in the morning wake up happy and excited to make something rewarding for themself and for others even if it they are just sewing a button.
