How we grow our business by expanding into new markets digitally

Our company in the past used to work with Italian companies only. We noticed diminishing number of orders from the domestic market and decided to expand our customer portfolio outside of Italy. The Company had only used very traditional methods to find new customers, and had no experience using agencies or online platform. While searching for ways to penetrate the international market, we found Foursource: the largest B2B sourcing platform for apparel and textiles that help buyers of fabric and garments find suppliers digitally.

Our apparel industry has taken its first steps towards digitalisation. But, a lot still needs to be done to digitalise all business areas. If apparel companies want to be seen as competent and reliable, they need to invest in new technologies and digitalisation as we are doing. Companies that develop their digital capabilities have a stronger position.
